I come to photography with a storytelling mindset, and a documentary-style approach. When I work with the dear folks who give me the gift of their trust, my intention is to create an environment of care and hospitality while I’m documenting their lives through my camera. I hope to make people feel safe and seen and fully themselves. I’m not very interested in shiny perfection, but instead, I’m looking closely, paying attention, and gathering images of life in all it’s many ways and forms. You’re beautiful as you are.
